With some trepidation and excitement both, I waited for it's publication, knowing that two relationships in my own life desperately needed attention. I had hoped to find guidance in the repair of an ever deterioating relationship with a work colleague, and a rift with a one time close personal friend with whom I had not spoken in five years.

Before reading the content, there was a hesitation on my part due to the feeling that each situation seemed too risky to be trying material out on. Reading through, however, proved reassuring.

In a remarkably straightforward way, step by step advice is given to help you cope with an enormously comprehensive range of generic situations. I found it incredibly easy to see where things had gone wrong in my specific cases, and immediately felt confident about the pragmatic application of the books' techniques to help put things right.
