ABOUT THIS BOOK

USER REVIEWS

Excellent information on CALL
~ Written on Mar 4, 2004. 5 out of 5 users found this review helpful.

This book is an excellent overview of the CALL field for the unitiated. It has a comprehensive approach that is very readable and engaging while grounding itself in relevant research literature.

There are links to loads of web sites and interesting classroom anecdotes that clearly illustrate the principles presented. For me, as a teacher to adult students, the only downside was that many of the examples were for teaching children.
