This book is a very good book. Regardless of my review, Like and dislike is relative, it will help you understand certain things and establish rapport much better. The book will improve your communication skills.

Actually, I'm on my fourth time through. This series is jam-packed. Always having taken making friends for granted, moving to this locked-up town proved to be quite the challenge. My husband and I are practicing on each other, and since the first listen-to, two acquaintances have been made into potential friends. Nicholas is now my friend and life coach. Too bad he doesn't even know it!
