You could pay for a therapist to help you survive the summer with the kids OR get this book full of ideas and recipes to entertain them! I have purchased this book for my family, their teachers, and all of my friends with kids. The ideas are very creative and the kids have just loved them. There are so many choices, they'll be busy enough for you to kick back with an ice cold margarita! I mean iced tea! It's all about responsible parenting.....ENJOY!

If you like the family Fun magazines, you will not be disappointed by this book. I also have My Great Idea. Love them both!

Very interesting,nice photos,clever ideas.The only disadvantage is that you can not easily find the materials you need.

Nice ideas and covers a big age span. I ended up buying several copies as they make great gifts for parents weith young children.

If you're a mom of a toddler, preschooler, or elementary age child, get a subscription to the magazine Family Fun, and then get this book as well as "My Great Idea" put out by that magazine. Soooo many wonderful and creative ideas for those of us who are a bit challenged when faced with playing with a youngster!
