MCP Math K Student Edition

Definitely the best Math book I've found for this level but not as good as MCP's Phonics. For the price, it is a gem. Just wish it had been as good as the Phonics.

Homeschoolers, here is one of the best math programs on the market. The price is affordable, the lessons are straightforward, the Teacher's Editions are useful, uncluttered, and thought provoking. The workbooks can be written in, which any student loves. And best of all the math skills are solid! If you will consider a mastery approach, with occasional review as well as chapter reviews, this program may be the best pick! We have tried Singapore and also Calvert and Saxon. Singapore was weak on the basics, Calvert was mind numbinly slow and used too many worksheets. Saxon was horribly time consuming and annoying with the use of too many manipulatives. MCP is the antidote, the comfortable middle ground.
