Poor translation; decent for beginners

Early on in listening to this CD, I noticed they were trying to teach the same phrase for "e-mail address" and "website". IMHO, anybody who can't distinguish between these two things has no business teaching anyone a foreign language.

This CD might be helpful for someone who hasn't taken any Spanish beyond a college 101-level class. Otherwise, the only real advantage is being able to listen to it, rather than look up real estate-specific terms in a dictionary.
