Great cold calling techniques

I have been in telesales/telemarketing for over 16 years, have been to many seminars and bought about every book and tape program available. I thought I knew just about all there was to know. Mike Brooks has some unique techniques for cold calling that really work.

Being on the phones all day making cold calls is a grind. Using some of the techniques that Mike suggests has turned that grind into a joy.

I've been in sales for 15 years and sales management for the last 6 .. I've read tons of sales books.. and Mike has put together a great book to use a a logical blue print for a sales process. He covers the real steps that you need to follow and the real questions you should focus on !! Execellent book... I have already told all my reps to get this and read it atleast twice...

This is by far and away one of the top sales books I've ever read. Regardless of what you're selling this book can help you in overcoming obstacles that can happen in most any sales situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Mike Brook's book is a quick and simple read. This book is a helpful reminder of what action you can do to earn a spot in the top 20% sales ranking. He offers great phone scripts and helpful objection statements. I highly recommend his book to new and seasoned sales professionals everywhere.

This is a short sweet book and it gives you the low down on cold calling. The bottom line in sales is that most of the time the information out there is fluff. The meat and potatoes of selling is that you have to be always prospecting - that's the bottom line. You have to get out there and get the business. If you are serious you only need this one book. How do I know? I've bought most of them. This is a no nonsense approach and it works. Get this book - do what it says and you'll make money.
