ABOUT THIS BOOK

USER REVIEWS

Very helpful book
~ Written on Jul 9, 2009. out of users found this review helpful.

I am new to the organic lifestyle and am growing our first organic garden. I think this book is very useful and full of good information. I recommend it for beginners.

Not comprehensive enough
~ Written on Jun 26, 2009. 1 out of 2 users found this review helpful.

I should have known better since this is an "Encyclopedia," but I gave it a chance anyway and found that it wasn't comprehensive enough for me. I'm still a beginner at gardening (3rd year having my own garden) and I wanted to learn more about organic gardening, the hunt continues.

disappointing

Disclaimer: I have used this ebook only on my iPhone.
Both the TOC (table of contents) function and the organization of the book is very problematic, the content is quite trivial -- far from encyclopedic, the overall user experience is maddeningly glacial.

Must Have

Every gardener should own this book, because, in the end, every gardener should grow organically. It's the ultimate source and resource.
