I don't know how I can remember and practice new Phrasal Verbs?

Don't try to memorise them in large numbers; do a few at a time. Choose ones that you have heard or read a few times; that way, you'll be choosing ones that are more likely to be useful to you. Ask people to give you examples of how they would use them. Keep coming back to them and don't get disheartened if you forget some.

Thank you for posting this. Of course it's no necessary to keep all of them in our mind. Some of them are useful some of them are not.
