 cock one wrist?

What I read was:
"Stop it!" growled her brother, but she cocked her wrist at him as if to say This is my hand to play; let me do it as I like.
My dictionary says cock means to tilt to one side. But I can't imagine how one tilits her wrist towards someone. Can anybody describe what an action it looks like to "cock her wrist at him"? |
