to issue credit"
At first I thought it stands for
giving credit, but it didn't make sense in the context (
Could you issue 100 USD credit? To avoid confusion we'll pay on receiving your answer).
I've learnt that it may stand for
compensating for the returned or spoiled goods.
Can it mean
reduction on an invoice?
Could you help me to find out which of those are correct
