Unfortunately, the answer depends on what your teacher pefers. I would diagram the separate sentences individually, since diagramming is usually done on a sentence level.

Hint: Direct quotations that follow (in the same sentence) a verb such as said, uttered, remarked, etc. are direct objects of those transitive verbs.
