4 a.m. is about right.
I'm in Germany and the site was loading again early this morning, but from mid-afternoon until now, not a chance. Nothing would load at all. That's roughly 6-7 hours of complete "blackout". Now it's finally improved to "incredibly sluggish" -- though I'm still not convinced I'm going to be able to actually post this when I hit the submit button.
