I had it done 2 weeks ago.
Is it right? and what is the difference between these answers?

They're both OK. The first puts more emphasis on the two weeks:
'It's been two weeks since I had it done, and there's
still no improvement.'
But your version is equally valid - it's just more of a simple declaration of what you had done and when.
