 personal or personnel
Hello,
couild you please tell me whether the files of employees kept by the personnel department are called "personal files" or "personnel files"?
E.g. "A copy of the letter shall be placed on the employee’s personnel file and signed by the manager who conducted the disciplinary procedure".
