First, write
inflation exceeded, not '
the inflation exceeded'. The determiner
the is defining. If you use it, you have to mention what kind of inflation you're talking about; e.g.,
the inflation rates
mentioned earlier.
Second, you don't need a dash (-). Try a period or a colon,
Ex: ...other way round. Inflation exceeded...
Ex: ...other way round: Inflation exceeded...
Third, the last bit,
also influenced by intervention interest practiced by the National bank doesn't modifying anything. As is it leaves the reader asking, "What was also influenced?"
