The dictionary should also note that nutrition isn't countable. So your daughter needs to say 'nutritious ingredients/content', or not use nutrition in the plural.
There's also the word 'nutrient', but that's rather medical/academic in tone; it's also used by gardeners - 'I can't grow anything in that patch - there are no nutrients in the soil.'
