When I wrote geodetic attendance, I meant all services related with geodesy (for this investments). So which word is better?

regularity- regulations?

I meant, that I'm systematic , but I couldn't find properly noun.

liability, obligatory - plural

Here I had also problems with nouns and I meant I'm responsible and conscientious. So what should I do with it?
