Hi Sivy,

Of course the terms "learning" and "acquisition" are two different things. Let us see the difference between these two terms:

LEARNING is a conscious process of accumulating knowledge in a language.
Example: Mathematics is LEARNED(not acquired)
but
ACQUISITION is a unconscious gradual development of ability in a language.
Example:Children acquire language through a subconscious process during which they are unaware of grammatical rules.
