I received an email and the writer said : Please give our love to your family. To which I replied saying that their love were given to my family and that my family send their love too.
Now, I got an email from the same person saying: "Please give our love to your folks! hope your dad is doing well and still making his pepper sauce!"
is there any special meaning cause it seems it was more directed to my parents and there is an exclamation mark. And the writer was invited by me to visit. And used the present progressive.
Could I have taken the "our" wrongly and maybe it means my love and his?
