Default Some questions about Reported speech

I have a few questions about reported speech.

1.)He said,"Is she happy?"
Reported speech: He asked if she was happy.
Then,
He said,"Isn't she happy?"
How do we rewrite this sentence in reported speech?

2.)Similarly,
He said,"Doesn't it sound familiar?"
He said,"Isn't your name Tim?"
Above examples have a negative in the question. How do we rewrite them in reported speech?

3.)He said,"I am busy now."
Reported speech: He said that he was busy then.
Then,
He says,"I am busy now."
When rewriting in reported speech, does 'now' change to 'then' (reporting verb is in present tense)?

4.)He said,"I love you so much."
When rewriting in reported speech, how do we deal with 'so'?

5.)He said,"Come here."
When rewriting in reported speech, does 'come' become 'go'? Can you pl. tell me how to rewrite it in reported speech?

Thank you.
