Default Re: Some questions about Reported speech

The examples I gave are not my homework. I just wrote the examples for my better understanding. I will appreciate even if you can help clear my confusion with some other examples.

1.)He said,"Isn't she happy?"
If I follow the rules, then I write in reported speech as:
He asked if she was not happy.
But somehow it didn't appear correct.

2.)Same is the case with the folowing examples:
He said,"Doesn't it sound familiar?"
He asked if it did not sound familiar.

He said,"Isn't your name Tim?"
He asked if his name was not Tim.

3.)He says,"I am busy now."
He says that he is busy now.

He says,"Take this book."
He says that take this book.

My confusion is when reporting verb is in present tense, then present tense remains present tense, but does 'this' become 'that', 'ago' become 'before' etc. ?

4.)He said,"I love you so much."
When rewriting in reported speech, does 'so' become 'very'?

5.)He said,"Come here."
He asked her to come there.
OR
He asked her to go there.

Thank you.
