Hello Hanka,

1. We stimulate the energy and skills of your employees.

This is grammatically fine, if you insert "the"; though some would argue that while you can stimulate skills, it's difficult to stimulate energy.

Instead of "stimulate", you might say "regenerate", or "unlock", or "enhance". No doubt other members will have other suggestions!
