Englishlanguage, although the comedian is slurring his speech (to enhance his depiction of Mr. Bush as not very bright and, possibly, a little bit inebriated) I'm afraid there are folks in Texas and the rest of the Southern US who speak with that accent or one even less intelligible.
And he does sound amazingly like Bush. |
