As written, there is very little difference. In a lengthier exchange, the word "can" could be used for emphasis or it could be used to show less certainty than the second.

I would not use the singular form (1) for a series of numbers.
#2 is OK, but some would use "the" or "some" before "lucky".
#3 is fine. It could also be "list", "series", "group", etc.
