As written, there is very little difference. In a lengthier exchange, the word "can" could be used for emphasis or it could be used to show less certainty than the second.

Which of the following are correct?

1. Here is a lucky lotto number for you, 22, 23, 11, 4, 8, 49.

Is it:

1. Here is a lucky lotto number for you?
2. Here are lucky lotto numbers for you?
3. Here is a set of lucky lotto numbers for you?
I would not use the singular form (1) for a series of numbers.
#2 is OK, but some would use "the" or "some" before "lucky".
#3 is fine. It could also be "list", "series", "group", etc.

After "for you," the punctuation should be:

1. A comma?
2. A period?
3. A colon?
4. A dash?
A colon would be best. A dash would be second. The comma would be third. The period would be wrong.

The six numbers should be:

1. In quotes?
2. Without?
without

How to express degree of stress when stress is a noun?

1. My stress level is high?
2. My stress is heavy?
#! would be best. "I am under a lot of stress" is more natural.

"Thank you" or "Thanks".
