 Re: letter of suspended water
Further to a [my/our] telephone call regarding the suspended fresh water supply to ABC Building on 26 July 2007 at 9:15, the water supply for the building was resumed by 10:15. However, the water supply to the tank of the cooling tower did not refill until air was released from the feed pipe for the tanks of the cooling tower at 12:30.
We would like to seek your assistance in rectifying the air lock issue in order to avoid any reoccurrence the issue.]
You should make it clear whether this occurred in the morning [a.m.] or the afternoon/evening [p.m.] |
