I do not represent this board, and I don't want to sound curt (inconsiderate), but I think you might have to ask a more specific question.

English instructional books, tapes, a dictionary in English and your native language, memmorising English writing, classes and frequent conversations with English native speakers all make perfect sense as ways to learn English.

Perhaps you are doing some or all of these things and are still having a lot of difficulty. If that is the case, you might list those exact difficulties and I'm sure a lot of people will have advice for you.
