Re: Have You Ever Tried The Art Of Translation? i agree with you my friends translation is sth else..you should've an aptitude for it.Some people r good at speakin,some r good at writin..im not good at translating.I think im better at speakin,cause in writin sth,you shouldnt make any mistakes but when u r speakin,if you cant find the exact words,you can use communication strategies.I tried to translate from Turkish to English n vice versa.It took too much time n was not enjoyable.Its €5-7,5 per page in my country.It should be more when it comes to ur efforts.Whatever it is,if u like it,i highly recommend it.My best friend loves it n once she said "a good translation is like carryin a piece of ice from the North Pole to the desert Sahara before it melts " |
