Hi unregistered!  Those two were nice, but some words or pairs were a little awkward if we spontaneously read the poems. Try Shakespeare's sonnet 18 as an example of an iamb. "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day. Thou art more lovely and more temperate..." I'll give other examples on my next reply for iambs and trochees.  |
