Default Could you check a part of my resume(2)
I want to put a message on resume to hiring manager.
But I am not sure, these sentences are proper or not. If contents of sentences are ok, how should rewrite these sentence with proper expression?

MESSAGE
I am confident my strong IT work experience coupled with my self-motivation, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and computer skills provide me with the requirements needed to succeed in the position.　I have been in Toronto for five month to improve my English and computer skills. I really would like to get a job as a fulltime worker or part-time worker or internship and have work experience in English environment as a programmer. My English is not fluently but I can read, write, communicate in English and accomplish a lot of tasks. Please consider me who has enthusiasm from Japan.
