  Dear Mr. Bradley
  Thank you very much for writing to us and letting us know your maters
regarding your stay at the Star Hotel, we really appreciate it. 
  We agree that the usual high standards of our services were not met in this
 instance. Apparently, the problems were the result of the failure of faulty
 hydro-insulation. This led to the fact that water from a failure of water
 supply or sewerage conduit leaked to the ground floors of our hotel.

  The failure happened suddendly. We couldn’t prevent the noise and
 functionless of the luxurious pool.
  We assure you that this will not happen again.
  We have started repairing works  at the time of your stay at the Star Hotel.
 Repairs of the buildings of our hotel had to begin urgently in order to keep
 running of the hotel. Repairing Works are still in progress so as to provide
 safety.
   In conclusion, we would like to apologise for the inconveniences made by
 our hotel. As a satisfaction, we would like to offer you next stay at the
 Star Hotel with at a discount of 50 percent of original price.
  We look forward to receiving your further orders, and assure you that they
 will be filled correctly  and promptly.
