I would be grateful if someone could help to correct my following letter.

To: Water Department of China

All telephone exchange buildings in China are managed by our company (AAA). All telephone and broadband equipments installed in the buildings need to be cooled down by 24 hrs operation of water cooled central air conditioning system.
Further to your recent notice regarding suspension of fresh water supply to XYZ region such as xxx road, all telephone and broadband services to the region’s users shall be seriously affected as lack of fresh water supply for cooling the air conditioning system. Moreover, please be requested to issue a formal notice by fax or email two weeks prior to the suspension work in order to alleviate the influence and work out an appropriate arrangement.
