 Re: What do you think Japan?
Well, I've never been to Japan . I don't know much about its history or its language ( simply the gist of it). I've been fed with hackneyed stories or clichés. Strangely enough, I simply recollect Medieval Japan with rigid structures and a dramatic change with the fall of Hirohito. I won't judge anything but to me, Japan has been somehow spirited away. Traditional values and the Japanese culture influenced the Occident -to some extent- in many fields ( the Arts!!!). Nowadays, I can't help feeling at a loss on watching the Japanese clad the occidental way... This is not a judgement, just a feeling. |
