The first is correct but the other two are wrong. they should be -

wear wore worn
weave wove woven

These are irregular verbs and I am afraid it is simply necessary to remember irregular forms. you will find a list of such verbs in the back of many course books or on the internet if you search for 'irregular verbs'.

The good thing is that most verbs are regular and the past participle is the same as the past e.g.

live lived lived
dance danced danced
walk walked walked

Unfortunately, we usually test the irregular verbs and not the regular.
