Default Re: How can I put a link to UsingEnglish on my desktop?

Right click on your Desktop and select New > Shortcut. Cut/paste your favourite URL ( e.g. http://www.usingenglish.com/members/ ) into the space. When you've done that (and done the obvious - click OK or Save or Apply or Update - something like that), you are prompted to name your new shortcut - the default value for this may vary with different versions of Windows, or different web browsers [I'm not really sure which]; mine (Windows XP/ Firefox) is "New Internet Shortcut", but you can let your imagination run riot!
