Default "Chived at"

How do we suggest the removal of a phrasal verb from your list? This one is questionable. The submitter claims it means "to criticize". A search of the Web for "chive(d) at me/us" turns up no usages at all on the entire Web other than in this dictionary.

I believe the submitter is confusing the word "chided" for "chived at". "Chided" does have the meaning indicated in the entry for "chive at" and is a commonly used verb.
