I don't really know what either means without some context. Can you add some context to these for us?
Actually it's no context. It is like a questionnaire, see below.

The World of Victims.

Check off the ones that most partain to you.

Victims...

____ live in powerfulessness
____ take little responsibility for their feelings
____ are not the boss of their lives; rather everything and everyone else is
____ play into dramas, and...
____ judge the players relentlessly
____ feel like helpless pawns being moved around
....

And there is also another questionaire for the Masters.

The World of Masters.

Check off the ones that most partain to you.

Masters...

____ choose what is desired, for the joy of it
____ allow, without judgement
____ are always in control
____ no longer play into dramas; they ignore them
____ no logner give themselves away to the world
____ choose calm where there is chaos
...

I don't know what the red text really means. Is it similar to "play the drama?"

OK. In this context "play into" means "participate in", "take a role in", "get involved in". The dramas are the negative/heavy scenarios in the lives of others. It is saying that victims get sucked into the negative scenarios around them, while masters do not.
