"Take a leak" is the most common expression among men in English North America.
Piss sounds vulgar, and most of the others sound childish.
If I'm talking to a woman, I'll probably say "I'm going to the washroom."
Just for fun, see if you hear "see a man about a dog." It's not common, but people do say it occasionally, and it has the same meaning.
Gotta go take a leak now.
