Question How to write learning outcomes in a book?

Hi teachers!
I'd like to know the rules of writing learning outcomes in a book. Is the following way correct?

At the end of the acdemic session, children will be able to:
(1) speak in front of a large gathering.
(2) take part in group discussions.
(3) become a good multimedia presenter.

Question 1- Should we use colon (:) in the first sentence e.g. "will be able to:"?
Question 2- Should we use small letters in the second, third etc. sentences which are given numbers 1,2,3 etc.?
Question 3- Should we use full stop at the end of each sentence (given number) as I've done in my original sentences or should we use semicolon at the end of each sentence but put the full stop at the end of last one?
Best regards!
Dawood
