"Hallo all"? sounds very formal. It's better using "Hi all" than "Hallo all", but it doesn't really matter. Both are correct.
Anyway, Ive been to Japan 6 times for holidays. I think Japan is a cool country, and what i like about Japan is the food, theme-parks and as well as the girls.
