The length of refrigerant piping has to be about 50m subject to the proposal of system installation,....

still doesn't make sense to me.

You propose to install an air conditioning system. OK. But then it says, the very idea (proposal) to install this system will affect/determine what the length of pipe has to be. How can that be?
What actually determines that the length of pipe has to be at least 50m, and why isn't this possible with the smaller unit if you install it in the location that has been proposed?
