Dear Sir/ madam,
I am writing ti inform you that I purchased a series of video games from you from a mail order (invoice number 645254/z). I recieved it on the 19th October 2007. i found that the video games were of poor quality and some of the tapes werebroken and even worser that they would not play on my tape machine
In the circumstance I am returning the video games i a separate package. I do not want any new video games sent back to me but request that the full purshase price plus the extra cost of returning it to you be refunded to me as soon as possible. My purchase was paid for 2500 by cheque (number 654321) dated 25th September.
I would appreciate your attention in this matter and look forward to hearing from you about it as well as having my money back

Yours sincerely,
Thagsana
