Default Arrive + Home

Hello!

I've learnt a rule saying that with a verb of movement in English, such as 'go' + "home" there is no preposition. Therefore, we say "I'm going home" although we say "I'm going to the shop".
In this context, is the verb 'to arrive' considered as a verb of movement?
Is it correct to say "I've arrived home" or rather "I've arrived at home"?

Many thanks for your help!
