Default Re: help in writing job interest letter

I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my interest in the Assistant's job opening at Stevens.

I found I had an interest in teaching when I was in 12th grade. I enjoyed guiding younger children in their studies, homework, and school projects. While persuing higher studies in science and education, I started tutoring. I found that I received personal happiness when transferring my knowledge to others. I especially enjoy the children’s company and their curiosity, innocence and honesty. My passion for science subject is another reason that I am interested in the teaching field.

When I accompanied my husband to United States in the year 2000, I wanted to start my career, but I was not eligible in the U.S. After receiving proper permits, I took the opportunity to work with toddlers, using the “Beyond Basic Learning” and “Kiddie Galileo” curriculum.

I am interested in this position for the following reasons.

· It would be wonderful opportunity to join a well-established and reputable school in Jersey City

· It would be an opportunity to work with and learn from experienced teachers.

· This position would help me grow professionally at Stevens.

· It would an excellent opportunity to work with children from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

My personal qualities include a personal warmth, enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and ability to motivate and inspire children. I am experienced in drawing skills, math abilities, story telling, art, dance, music, singing, and communication skills parents.

Thank you for your consideration of my job application.

Regards,
