Dear Director

A breakage of assembly parts for the air conditioner has been found at ABC building in Nov 2007. Now the air conditioner is unable to operate at full capacity and is operating at the lowest capacity of all 3 air conditioners. In order to maintain adequate standby capacity, replacement of the parts assembly is recommended.

Two (2) contractors of SSS & EEE are invited to quote the captioned work under same scope of work.

Based on the same scope of work, the SSS and EEE bids are the lowest total price. SSS is recommeded for the the work, due to past satisfactory performance. A copy of quotes are attached for your reference and approval.
