Default Re: adjectives not mistakenly used as adverbs?

It depends on the context:

[1] Adjective: a leisurely walk
=> Here 'leisurely' modifies the noun 'walk'

[2] Adverb: Leisurely we strolled to the lake.
=> Here 'leisurely' modifies the verb 'strolled'.
