Try not to sound too paranoid of him. What if it is a really good job and he just forgot to mention things about the company? You do not want to seem overly suspicious, it may hurt your chances of getting the job.
I would also not ask about pay or benefits in the first email to him. At least in the U.S. this is typically done after they assess your skills.
I would send him your resume but perhaps take off your phone number and address until you hear more.
