The real point here is that you cannot put your beliefs into anyone else's mind; not now, nor in the past. | What goes around comes around
Then, enlighten me how do you explain that some people always have luck without having to strive in their everyday life? Believe me, a good or bad deed leads a person's destiny in the appropriate direction. And this can be proved in everyday life: just try to think positively and try to do only positive things for a few weeks and you will be amazed by the results. Certainly we are born with hereditary characteristics. At the same time we possess certain innate abilities that science cannot adequately account for. To our parents we are indebted for the gross sperm and ovum that form the nucleus of this so-called being.
Karma is simply the process of cause and effect. If you do A, B will happen. If you plant wheat seeds, and water and look after them, wheats will grow.
To some degree luck is an illusion, or simply a matter of how you look at life. Forr instance, somebody almost won $10,000 on the lottery, but just missed the jackpot by one number. Some would consider themselves lucky to get $10,000, while others would be cursing their misfortune not to win a million. If you find yourself cursing your luck, take time to count your blessings. You will find they are many. This is the great wheel of life, the balancing of the rights and wrongs of life throughout the many lifetimes of an individual. |
