This is my first post here but I have read a few of the tips, that people have gotten from this forum and I hope that you are also willing to help me out a bit
I am applying to a customer service job in the gaming industry, and would be happy if someone could give me some feedback on my cover letter, since I have never written one in english before. I have removed some of the details about the job, and put a description of it instead in [ ].

I have worked within the field of customer service for more than 4 years. During this time I gained experience on how to communicate with people. This makes me able to deliver messages in a professional way, and to fit them to individual persons if needed. I have a lot of experience serving as a link between customers, employees and clients, as being the person who had all the answers, or knew how to get them, was a main part of my previous employment. I believe that my experience in handling flow of information, and making it suitable for the recipient, could be of great use in a position like this. As a person I am very detail oriented and organized. I always set high standards for my work and I am not satisfied until those are achieved. I work well in a team, and I do not shy away from taking responsibility for any task at hand. In addition to this gaming is a hobby of mine and has been so for years. I spend a lot of time browsing different game related forums and websites, and I have experience as a forum moderator.
