That makes it clearer.
This is a Hong Kong-based company, and the passage suffers the fate of English being written by a non-native speaker.
The company does the advertising and interviewing of top-notch people sought by some employer. In effect, what it means is, that in seeking out these people for a client, the company won't think, boy, they are good! Never mind the client, we'll grab them and employ them ourselves in our company!
I've been able to fathom that knowing what the company does, but the sentence is still virtually nonsense.
